Scotland Trip

Hello everybody!We started our Comenius Project named ''Discipline and Democracy in European Context'' as 6 partners from Turkey,Romania(2 schools),Scotland,Latvia and Poland.First we were in Scotland/Glasgow,St.Mathew's Primary School between 5th-9th November 2012.They hosted all the partner teachers.We did not have students because it was the first meeting.The first day was greeting and meeting day. The represantative of the education authority visited us and the students.The students sang traditional Scottish songs and danced at the welcome ceremony and taught us their dance,so we could dance,too..

We had the school tour...

We visited a local high school.The Pupil Council presented their system on Democracy..

We had a city tour in Edinburgh,visited the Edinburgh Castle and the Scottish Parliament Building..

We visited Glasgow Green for the annual fireworks display...

We did our presentations about our countries,cities,schools and the democracy and discipline in our schools.Then,we planned next steps in the project...
